XI REBROUSSE TEMPS
La faux se tait.
Où ne sonnent plus les entraves,
Landes.

XI RUBBING UP TIME THE WRONG WAY
The scythe subsides.
Fetters that don't clank any more,
Pasture lands entangled by the wind. Heather. Moor.
River of blood flowing unaware of its source,
Lands of my memory for which I shall set course:
That's where I'll hear again this ancient song of mine,
This whispering tasting like rejoicing sunshine.
